Working in the medium of your choice, learn to interpret your photo reference to create a piece of art rather than just rendering of the photograph. With value, shapes, color perspective and underpainting, take your art to the next level. You may wish to push your envelope by choosing a favorite artist to use as inspiration to paint your image in their strokes and color palette. Demos and weekly group critique and invididual help will be given.

What can I bring into the event?

After registration, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite including your receipt for the class and a list of materials you should bring with you.

What’s the refund policy?

No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes or workshops. Full refunds will be given in circumstances where classes and/or workshops must be canceled by the instructor or by Art League of Hilton Head. Please contact Art League Academy manager at 843.842.5738 for any type of request for an exception to this policy.
