Ella C. White Memorial Scholarship Fund Dinner – Ella’s S.E.A.

The Ella C. White Memorial Scholarship Fund’s 28th Annual Fundraising Dinner – Ella’s SEA (Scholarships for Educational Aspirations) – will be held Friday, November 1, 2019, at The Sonesta Resort, 130 Shipyard Drive, Hilton Head Island, SC. Our event will feature keynote speaker, Mr. Lee Gill, J.D., Chief Diversity Officer and Special Assistant to the President for Inclusive Excellence at Clemson University; entertainment by Lavon Stevens & door prizes. Door prize drawing tickets are $2 and $5. Tickets are $75.00 per person. What is the event attire? Semi – Formal.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? No but the event is geared to adults.
What are my parking options at the event? Complimentary valet parking is available.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable? If you are not planning to attend, you may donate your ticket to someone you know. You will need to provide that person’s name for our guest list. You may also donate your ticket to the organization. We sometimes receive requests from persons who can not afford a ticket and seek a donated ticket.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No.
What is the refund policy? There are no refunds.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay? We have a guest list. If you have donated your ticket please make sure the person in possession of the ticket mentions that he or she received the ticket from you. The guest will be asked to sit at the table to which you were assigned, unless a request is made five or more days before the event. We cannot guarantee the second seating request will be honored.
