Paddle Fused Fitness

Fusion Fit & Stand and Paddle present a combined Fitness & Paddling workout. We’ll start off with a Paddle Boarding instruction, followed by a paddle across the May River to a beautiful Sandbar where Rachel Cantore of Fusion Fit will lead a fitness class on the sand that we participants may choose to also take onto the boards in a PaddleFit style workout. Roddy Medders of Stand and Paddle will finish off our morning workout on the paddle boards before we paddle back to shore.
There are two dates in June to choose from. Each one is limited to 12 participants Max.
The cost is $40 per session for either of the 2 sessions. Please sign up prior to ensure your spot.
