Paddle Fused Fitness August

Fusion Fit & Stand and Paddle present a combined Fitness & Paddling class!
We will start off with Paddle Boarding instruction followed by a paddle across the May River to a beautiful Sandbar for a beach workout before taking your fitness onto the boards for a PaddleFit style workout targeting your entire body!
Finish up by challenging yourself with some advanced and new exercises and enjoy refreshing mimosas right on the sandbar or water before paddling back to shore.
12 participants Max per date.
$40 per session and includes board, instruction and 90-120 minute event.
