Paddle Fused Fitness July

Fusion Fit & Stand and Paddle present a combined Fitness & Paddling workout!
We’ll start off with Paddle Boarding instruction, followed by a paddle across the May River to a beautiful Sandbar where Rachel Cantore of Fusion Fit will lead a fitness class on the sand. Participants may then choose to take their fitness onto the boards for a PaddleFit style workout. Roddy Medders of Stand and Paddle will then finish off the morning workout on the paddle boards before paddling back to shore.

12 participants Max per event.
$40 per session and includes board, instruction and 90-120 minute event.
