Paddle Fused Fitness, September

Fusion Fit & Stand and Paddle present a combined fitness and standup paddleboarding class!
We will start off with standup paddle boarding instruction followed by a paddle across the May River to a beautiful sandbar (tide dependent) for a beach workout before taking your fitness onto the boards for a PaddleFit style class targeting your entire body including your abs, glutes and core! You may challenge yourself with some advanced and new exercise variations on the boards, then conclude your experience by enjoying a refreshing mimosa!
Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing or swimwear that you can move and get wet in. Shoes not required or recommended while on boards or sandbar.
12 participants Max per date.
$40 per session.
We will provide standup paddle boards, paddles, and SUP instruction. Entire event lasts 90-120 minutes.
