What to order??? Oh boy, choices choices. After ordering for years from their menu, spending time with the wait staff and managers, we have the following recommendations. #1. Holy Shitake Olive oil and garlic base, shiitake, button, and portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions, mozzarella, and MontAmoré. Finished with a garlic aioli swirl and a spritz of black truffle oil. Garnished with fresh chives and shaved Parmesan. Ordered it maybe 100 times and it has never disappointed me!. #2.Great White Olive oil and garlic base with sun-dried roasted tomatoes, provolone, feta cheese, seasoned ricotta, fresh basil, mozzarella, Roma tomatoes, and onions. Perfect for a day when it’s hotter than most, and you don’t want a pie that seems heavy. #3 Funky Q Chicken BBQ chicken, mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, caramelized onions, and applewood smoked bacon. Finished with a BBQ sauce swirl. Accompanied with your favorite beer, this is our winner for Fall afternoons watching some college ball. #4 Steak Calzone Grilled, shaved all-natural ribeye steak with mushrooms, onions, green peppers, seasoned ricotta, mozzarella, and provolone. If you’re hungry, this will take care of the hungry rocker for hours. Caveat. You may need to take a nap after eating this! #5 May Janes Double Chocolate Brownie No plain Jane brownie here. This one’s a buttery chocolate, chewy brownie generously studded with HERSHEY’S® KISSES milk chocolate, bittersweet and semi-sweet chocolate chunks. Hey, why not?
