4th of July Bluffton 2023

#1. Children’s Parade in Bluffton! Hosted by The Store on Calhoun Street, this annual parade starts at 10:00 a.m. from the Church of the Cross at the end of Calhoun Street on the bluff. Perfect spot for an Instagram moment with your family! Get your wagons, bikes, pets, and grandparents dressed for the occasion! Don’t forget to bring your flags! #2. Next up is The Parade at Harbour Town on July 4th, 2023! Show off your red, white, and blue spirit by decorating your bicycle, wagon, dog, or kids for this fun-filled parade around Harbour Town. Meet in the parking lot adjacent to the Quarterdeck at 8:30 am to register and pick up decorating supplies. The parade lineup begins promptly at 9:30 am, and entries will be judged on patriotism. Supplies are limited to the first 100 registered. #3. Hilton Head Firecracker 5k Run

Kick off America’s birthday with a bang! Celebrate the land of the free with the bravest runners around at The Hilton Head Firecracker 5K on July 4, 2023. You’ll have a “cracking” good time as you take part in Beaufort County’s largest and oldest race, with 37 years of running tradition already in the history books. Starting in beautiful Jarvis Creek Park, this family-friendly run and walk will take you on a scenic tour of Hilton Head Island. Party like it’s 1776 at the post-race party, where you’ll celebrate your victory across the finish line with delicious pizza, two complimentary beers (21+) or hard seltzer, games, and more! Fireworks in Bluffton
The Town of Bluffton is hosting its 2nd Annual Independence Day Celebration on Saturday, July 1, 2023. This event is being held at both Martin Family Park and DuBois Park and will start at 5:00 pm. Food trucks, entertainment, games, and a bounce house will be available. Fireworks will be launched from the May River (staging for the fireworks will be on a barge on the May River) and the fireworks will be visible from Wright Family Park and Oyster Factory Park. The fireworks show starts around 9:00 pm. The Town of Bluffton is the event organizer.

You won’t want to miss Shannon Tanner’s special patriotic family show at 6:30 & 8 p.m., along with kids activities with Cappy the Clown from 6 – 9 p.m.! Additionally, children will enjoy bounce houses & train rides around the promenade!
